Ruth L. Beeve is a native Californian and a signature member of the California Watercolor Association. She studied art at the University of California, Berkeley, CA; Ohlone College in Fremont, CA; Pacific Union College, Angwin, CA and many workshops with nationally known painters. Ruth has spent a lot of time painting on location in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California. She lives in Concord, California.
